Moon builds conversion-focused websites and booking systems for local service businesses, offered on a monthly subscription. We may provide a free preview of a proposed website. A preview does not create any obligation on either side until a paid plan is agreed.

Your website and booking system are provided as a managed, hosted service and stay active for as long as your subscription is active. You can cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, with no further charges after that. When a subscription ends, the hosted website and its booking and AI features are deactivated. Any domain name you personally own remains yours, and we are happy to arrange a copy of your content on request.

2. No guarantee of results

We work to build effective websites, but we do not guarantee specific results, such as a certain number of leads, bookings, or revenue. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, and advertising.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, and branding, belongs to Moon Corporation unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse it without permission. Deliverables provided under a paid plan are governed by that plan's agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, or submit false information or another person's data without permission.
